What's inside

  • Projects: One row per project with phase, next milestone, RAG health, and weekly client meeting. Open tasks, blocked tasks, and client-side blockers are counted automatically.
  • Tasks: One row per task: owner, expected outcome, status, priority, estimated and actual effort, start and due dates, QA status, environment, blocker, blocker side, and linked tasks.
  • Timeline (Gantt): Draws a weekly bar for every task with a start and due date. Blocked tasks show in red, done in grey, and this week is highlighted.
  • RAID log: Risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, each with an owner and a next step.
  • How to use: How to fill in each sheet and the daily routine to check it.

How to use it

  1. List every project once in Projects, using a code like P1 or P2.
  2. Add one row per task in Tasks, with an owner, an outcome, and a status.
  3. Note blockers and whether they sit with the client or the team.
  4. Check Projects every morning and review the RAID log weekly.

To use it in Google Sheets, open Google Sheets, choose File, then Import, and upload the file. The dropdowns and formulas carry over.
